It is quite possible, if not probable, that Verve Records in the UK printed a poster
reproducing the album design for promotional purposes. It is also quite possible that Verve
Records in the US would have done so. The record company would have had the unrestricted
right to reproduce the album design for promotional purposes.
Record jackets were printed by using four color separations in a process of offset-lithography,
and the UK record company would have had copies of four color separations available to them
from the US company.
