Spirit of Art was an art collection
from Villeroy & Boch (German high-end ceramic
and porcelain manufacturer), presenting
Keith Haring “New York”.Limited edition No 2
consists of two series with each 3 glazed porce-
lain pieces (centerpiece, sculpture and box).
The Name of the series mirror Keith Haring’s
two locations: TriBeCa for ‘Triangle below
Center Street’ and SoHo for ‘South of Hous-
ton Street’, both downtown Manhattan.
All pieces are authorized by the Estate of
Keith Haring an original designs.
The edition is strictly limited by Villeroy and
Boch to 750.
KEITH HARING had his first collaboration
with Villeroy & Boch in 1989 for the birthday
of Princess Gloria von Thurn und Taxis
where he designed a plate especially for the
event.
